Associate Professor, is affiliated with the Institute of Archaeology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Poland.
Academic work combines perspectives from archaeology and cultural anthropology, with a particular interest in belief, religious practices, and the ways in which they are reflected in material culture and sacred landscapes
in ethnoarchaeological, interdisciplinary perspectives to investigate the relationship between beliefs, practices, material remains, and the cultural landscape.
Another important area of her scholarly activity is Holocaust archaeology, focusing on the material traces and archaeological dimensions of the Holocaust.
